Local Accommodation

We'll be posting more details next week but wanted to let people know that there will be camping facilities nearby, a local site is putting a couple of their fields aside especially for those attending HawkEaster. They also intend to put up a marquee with picnic tables and chairs to be used as a meeting place.

Many of you will remember Eve's Tipis from Hawkfest 2010 on the Isle Of Wight, she will also be in attendance at HawkEaster so if you fancy something a bit different why not visit her site by clicking here.

For details of local hotels, bed and breakfast and holiday cottages, please download our excel spreadsheet

Some local pubs who will be offering exclusive discounts for HawkEaster attendees and will have various  music themes especially for the weekend.

We hope to have some festival stalls set up in the gardens in front of the Town Hall and there will be tricycles offering rickshaw rides along the seafront....

Seaton Tramway are offering HawkEaster wristband holders a 10% discount, for more details on this visit their site by clicking here

Camping

Manor Farm caravan and camping is a beautiful site with amazing views over Lyme Bay. The campsite is approximately 15 minutes walk to the venue, (a little more coming back as it's uphill :-). The venue is 2 minutes walk from the sea front :-).

The price per pitch for a large/family tent (and car) is £10 or £5 for single/small tent (and car), payable directly to the site owners.
There are a few electric hook-ups available on the campsite, but unfortunately, only for tents as the site is not suitable for motor homes etc, unless the ground is exceptionally dry. There are however, extra spaces for motor homes elsewhere on the site, which do have electric hook ups. These sites are limited....probably only around 15, more if you book together and don't mind sharing a pitch...

Good news! Dogs are welcome and the owner (Tim) will put up a marquee with picnic tables as a meeting area for HawkEaster folk.

Tipis will be available to rent fully furnished (if required) from Eve's Tipis, click here for more details.

Please call Manor Farm directly to book your pitch by clicking here
