There's no real theme running through these photos so one idea would have been to entitle the selection "A Mixed Bag", however good friend and fellow Hawk web master Starfarer Steve has already beaten me to that one so instead I'll call it, for what it's worth -

A VERITABLE CORNUCOPIA!

"Good work little fella", Lemmy ruffles Al's hair.
Also worth noting is the Bass that Mr Kilmister is playing, I think it's an Epiphone EB-0, the same model that my daughter is currently "working on me" to get one!

The next four are from Trev Hughes Hawkon event from 1985 that has been cover elsewhere on the site but here are some more pictures

"I told you Kris I'm here to meet the fans, not to talk about that bl**dy kitchen extension you want, la, la la, dum ,de dum ,de dum - see I can't hear you"

"Yeah mate no problem, course I'll sign this copy of Yuri Gagarin to your Nan, how about 'to Agnes, love and kisses Dave' will that do?"

A seemingly happy if somewhat startled Harvey, although I feel the answer to his look of shock can be explained by the picture on the right -

Mr Bainbridge has obviously just clocked Huw and is trying to work out what that bulge is down the front of his trousers!
"Is that a canoe or are you just pleased to see me Lloyd Langton!"

And finally some shots from the 1984 Earth Ritual tour

Ones to assume this is just Nik getting into his performance rather that committing an act of gross indecency to one of those fibre glass Hawks that used to grace the stage back then.

Whilst here I think we can see the section of the show when the band would get some young ladies up on stage to shake their "thang" and call it a Dance competition, funnily enough this never caught on, and in retrospect it's probably a good thing considering Hawkwind's ageing audience!
(Disclaimer - No disrespect intended to any Hawkfans male, female, young or old!)

Still it appears the local authorities once more decided that Mr Turner was getting a little over excited as we can clearly seeing a nurse trying to restrain him, the men in white coats are just out of shot

Whilst Dave simply "Barks at the moon!"

A late addition this one, not a lot to say other than it was kindly donated by good friend of the museum Nigel Potter
