PRESENTS
MICK CROOK'S
CANTERBURY
TALES
(WELL A FEW PICTURES ANYWAY!)
Thanks go to friend and previous contributor to the museum Mick Crook for supplying us these pictures of Hawkwind in their headline slot at the 2001 Canterbury festival. Whilst I am sure you'll agree that they give a great fans eye view, they are also notable in the way that they really show off the colours in the projections, something all to easily lost when trying to photograph the band. By the looks of it this was probably aided by the fact that being a festival there were a lot more conventional lights being employed than at your standard Hawkwind gig, but all the same there great shots!
I'm sure
you've all got your copies, but don't forget that this show is also available on CD as
"Canterbury Fayre 2000" and damm fine it is too!, so if you haven't laid your
hands on one yet, you can order direct from voiceprint by
